Postage:

Orders received by 12 Noon will be dispatched the next working day by Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery

25 x caddy bags – Royal Mail packet
50 x caddy bags – Royal Mail packet
All other items - Royal Mail standard parcel
If items are not received within two weeks from date of ordering please contact us.

All prices are for delivery to UK Mainland only. For delivery to other areas, please contact us for a quote.

Product Satisfaction:

All bags should arrive in perfect condition. If they are damaged please contact us and we will be happy to replace them.
Please ensure before ordering that the bags are the correct size for your bins as we cannot issue refunds unless they are faulty. If you are not happy with your product for any other reason, return any unused items to us and we will be happy to refund their purchase price. Please note however that we are unable to refund the postage costs unless the bags are faulty.
